Most events end with a plated dessert nobody talks about. A gelato cart does something different. It pulls guests together, gives them a reason to get up and move around, and turns dessert into the part of the night people photograph.
We bring the cart, the gelato, the cones and cups, and a friendly attendant who serves for your whole session. You choose your flavours. Your guests come back as many times as they like.
How it works
Four steps from enquiry to the first scoop.
Tell us the date, venue and rough guest numbers. We'll confirm availability and send a quote.
A 25% deposit secures the cart for your date, with the balance due 7 days before. Corporate clients are invoiced on completion.
Choose from our full range, including dairy-free sorbets and options for common dietary needs.
We arrive early, set up, and serve your guests for the full 60 minutes. Then we pack down and leave the space clean.
Priced by guest numbers, not by event type. Every package includes the cart, unlimited scoops for the service time, cones and cups, and a uniformed attendant. The cart runs four flavours at a time.

We've partnered with Pure Gelato. The cart runs four flavours at a time: smaller events choose three, and the 100 and 150 guest packages include a fourth. Classic or Premium, the price is the same, so choose whatever you like the sound of.

We've served across Townsville, from shopping centre activations to school celebrations and mid-season member events.
Every package includes 60 minutes of service, and that's 60 minutes of actual serving. We arrive and set up well beforehand, so your session isn't eaten into by bump-in. Most guests are served comfortably within the hour, and if you'd like us to keep going it's $100 per extra 30 minutes.
Our packages run to 50, 100 and 150 guests, and we cater larger events on request. Above 100 guests we'd usually suggest adding a second attendant for $150, which keeps the queue moving and means nobody misses out.
Yes. Travel is included within 20 km of Townsville. From 20 to 100 km it's a flat $100, which covers Giru, Rollingstone, Woodstock and out as far as Ayr. Past 100 km, including Ingham and Charters Towers, it's $200. Magnetic Island is $150 to cover the ferry.
A clear, level space with enough room to wheel the cart in, and somewhere that won't block exits or walkways. Where there's an existing covered area we'll take it, both for shade and in case the weather turns. The cart sets up happily on grass, though we can't serve from sand. If there's no power on site we bring our own generator, so parks, paddocks and private properties are all workable.
Yes. Our sorbets are all vegan and gluten free, and most of our gelato is gluten free too. Every flavour on our menu is marked for gluten, nuts, egg and vegan, so you can see at a glance what works. Tell us what your guests need when you enquire and we'll help you choose.
Most people book us 3 to 6 months ahead. Weekends through the dry season and the lead-up to Christmas go first, so if you have a date in mind it's worth checking it early even if the rest of your planning isn't settled.
We move undercover and keep serving. The cart doesn't need much space, so a verandah, marquee or covered area is usually enough. Worth having a wet weather spot in mind when you book, and we'll sort out the rest on the day.
